Tool/software: TI C/C++ Compiler

We are trying to link the HCCal_Type0_V1.lib to our Matlab/Simulink compiler/linker settings, how and where do we do this.  We don't want to use CCS.  The MatLab support group has stated we have to get this info from TI.
