I am using f28335 as controller and CAN as communication mode. As I am using F28335 experiment board, External CAN trans-receiver have to be connect. That's why I am Asking is there any ready CAN trans-receiver module that can be connected to controller or any hardware circuit of trans-receiver.

Yes, there are.
SN65HVD255EVM, SN65HVD257EVM, SN65HVD230EVM
You can choose different configuration based on your need. I personally have used 257 since it comes with two CAN transceivers.

You can connect CANTX and CANRX pins from Experimenter kit to this module. As for the CAN library and code you need to refer these controlSuite example codes:

You just need to connect CAN_TX and CAN_RX of MCU side to CAN_H and CAN_L of EVM respectively. Make sure you terminate the CAN bus properly to be able to monitor the messages (e.g. 120 ohm at each end of the CAN bus).

For library and header, simply run one of the controlSUITE examples in CAN. 

If you're using Simulink, there is no need to use any library or something.

You're right. I should've mentioned TXD and RXD pins instead of CAN_H and CAN_L. The CAN_TX and CAN_RX should be connected to TXD and RXD pins of transceiver respectively.
