TMS320F28065: working with external Can transceiver @ 5.5V supply

Part Number: TMS320F28065

Hello everybody ,

I m using  F28065 ( but also other C2000 ) with TI  Can transceiver   SN65HVD256DR  . Internal  pull-up resistor  ( of the CAN transceiver ) on TXD is nominally 200 kOhm, but the absolute worst-case value is  55 kOhm.  Even this worst-case value would only result in an input current of  few tens of  uA  in the F28065  : should it be safe  for the MCU  this solution    considering   clamp diode   current must be  < 2mA   ?

do you see any  issue in this circuit ?

thank you

bye
