Instaspin-FOC sensorless and autocommisioning

We would like to use Insaspin-FOC for our next product. As far as I know, the commissioning (motor parameter identification) is off-line and we have to manually enter the identified parameters then run the motor with sensorless estimation capability. I am just wondering whether there is a way to make it automatic. Such as  once start up perform autocommisioning  automatically and fit the motor parameter values to the algorithm and start operating automatically. Also, is there a way to change the start up sequence to make this happen?

Thanks!

  • Yes, you can implement the motor identification without load during startup or any time you want, you need to add some codes to reset the controller parameters for identification as lab02a/b/c, and save the identified motor parameters in a memory for using in next time.
