LAUNCHXL-F28069M: function CTRL_angleDelayComp

Part Number: LAUNCHXL-F28069M

What is the purpose of the above function found in control.h and used after the function CTRL_runOnlineUser ?

  • it adjusts the estimated angle to compensate for the rotor moving between the sample point and the next PWM update. There is essentially 1.5 PWM cycles between sample and the effect on the inverter. At high speeds (~ >1KHz) this can be quite significant.
