I would like to establish a power line PRIME network with base node and service node.
By using prime_ hostappemu.exe, TMDSPLCKITV4 module seems to start searching base node and shows...

How can I get a base node to connect to it? Is there anther app to set TMDSPLCKITV4 to be a base node?
