CCS/TMS320F28069: failed to generate hex file for C2Prog

Dear sir/madam,

     I used CCS to generate hex file to program TMS320F28069 by way of C2Prog.exe. But I always got an error message of  "Invalid hex data" in C2Prog.exe after CCS generated hex file. The CCS version is 6.1.3.00034, and I attached the error windows of C2Prog and hex setting. Can you tell me the right setting for hex generation in CCS?
