TMS320F28377D: 28377 PWM & IGBT & Noise

Part Number: TMS320F28377D
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: AMC1301

Hi!

I used F28377D to drive IGBT(IKCM30F60GA) action use for PMSM.

When I supply the pwm(1a or 1b) to IGBT , no noise on VBUS.

But when I supply the pwm(1a and 1b) in pairs to IGBT , noise is on VBUS.

and if I supply all the six channels pwm to IGBT , more noise is on VBUS.

How to do to remove the noise.

Can anyone help me?

Thanks.

  • Hello,

Can you please provide some more information? Are you using a TI EVM or a TI reference design? Do you have any filtering in the circuit? It is normal to see some switching noise on the bus.

    Thanks.

  • Hello!
I'm Lou Hou, the questioner user4289822 and I do this project together. I'll provide more information, hope you can help us, thanks.
Frist of all, I didn't use a TI EVM but our own design, and we have filtering in circuit.
Oscilloscope test: when we supply the 6 PWMs, noise on VBUS. We use AMC1301 collect current signal (U and W), there are noise.
Software test: we set up d=0, q=0.08, the motor rotating smooth in open loop module. Use ADC collect the signal output by AMC1301, because the signal has noise, lead to the d and q great change, and we can't use PI regulation for current loop control.
Software test: we use DAC output the signal which collected by ADC, and the output waveform has much noise.

Will you help me, whether because of Vbus haven't handle nice, its noise affects the whole system? Or my PWMaffects the GND? Or there are other reasons?
    thank you very much.
