Dear Friends,

I've imported the code for HVACI Sclar control from controlsuit.

path is: C:\ti\controlSUITE\development_kits\HVMotorCtrl+PfcKit_v1.7\HVACI_Scalar

The default config is Flash. I can compiled the code successfully, debug in real time, but after terminate all, the code is not saved in flash!

Can anyone suggest me what shoud I do to save the code in FLASH?

FYI: While debugging it shows me ERASE, FLASH cycle for all sectors. Every-time, I need to do all these just like RAM config mode.

Can you please confirm how you know it is not saved in flash? Have you opened a memory browser to see if the program and data are in flash where they are linked? You can use the map file and linker command file to help you determine where they should be flashed.

Thanks for reply.

I've checked into the memory browser, it shoes some values in memory location of sector A.

I've tried with LEDs to verify whether is it saved in FLASH or not.

FYI: I've already done the same (Flash saving in ti's EVM as well as my own board).

Yeah, memory mapping file .cmd seems ok, I don't know where might be the issue!

Hi Sal,

I've initiated some GPIOs (connected to LEDs to my board) in high state, so It remains high after power off and power it on again, but it'll not.

So, the code I dump/loaded is not saved in flash.

If you have any board for 28035, you can verify this for the ACI_Scalar ver1.7 from control suit.

Feel free to ask me more details if still I'm not able to explain my issue.

Hi Sal,
My issue is solved now.
In the code I've imported from control-suit, there was missing a file "DSP2803x_CodeStartBranch.asm".
