TMS320F28035: F28035 I2C SDA Setup time

Hi Champion,

Do you know where I can find F28035 I2C SDA setup time? I can find F28377 this spec in datasheet, but cannot find it in F28035 and I have test it in 100KHZ mode, find it is 0.9us, but my customer want to know its min and max value, because I2C standard limited it should >=250ns in 100KHZ mode and >=100ns in 400KHZ mode.

Joe,

I believe you should be able to use the F28377d I2C table. But, I need to confirm with design team on this one.

I shall check with them and get back with you.

Hi Manoj,

Thanks for your help! I know F28377 has same TYPE I2C module with F28035. But if in F28377 datasheet, we just find min value is 100ns, which just can use in 400KHz I2C baudrate, but in 100KHz standard I2C communication, it need more than 250ns set up time, and our test result in 100KHz is around 0.9us, so customer need a accuracy value in 100KHz and 400KHz, because they need it to pass some qualification. So need your help to confirm with design team
