CCS/TMS320F28069M: Connection problem

My microcontroller (TMS320F28069M) cannot connect to the computer. When I connect the microcontroller to the computer, it will show the picture which is in the attachment.

Hi,

Did you install Spectrum Digital drivers while installing CCS? If not, you'll have to re-run the installation and tick Spectrum Digital under Emulators.

I do it as you are saying and install the ccs again. This time, I remember to tick the option that you say. However, it already cannot connected to the computer and the mistake is shown in the following picture.
