TMS320F28035: HVMotorCtrl+PFC kit encoder /SPI interface

Hi

I am using HVMotorCtrl+PFC kit. 

According to the Level 3 Incremental Build, the  incremental encoder connected to [Main]-H1 is employed to find the speed/theta of the motor.  

According to the Level 6 Incremental Build, SPI interface [Main]-H2 is employed to get the position of the rotor.

I am wondering if I can used both input (H1 and H2)  and read from it where my application have two sensors ( encoder for the PM machine and the position of slid ). I would like to use H1 for commutation and speed control and H2 for position control.

Can I use both inputs ?
