Could you be a little more specific about which project it is that you want to port? What is its directory in controlSUITE?

Thanks for clarifying. We do have a generic guide that talks about porting from the 03x to the 06x: www.ti.com/.../sprabj2.pdf

Fortunately there shouldn't be any dramatic peripheral changes that you'll have to deal with.

Another thing you might want to try is to look at the project DRV8312-C2-KIT_v128\BLDC_Sensored. It contains two build configurations--one for the F2803x and on for the F2806x, so studying the project and the differences between the two configurations could help you figure out what you need to change in the project you're interested in.

Right click on the project in the Project Explorer and go to Build Configurations->Set Active and pick the configuration you want from the list. You'll see that when you switch configurations, the files included in the project and the compiler and linker options will change.
