Hi All,

I must decide C2000ware based or ControlSuite based coding.

I heard C2000ware is a newer library and completely different from ControlSuite.

Is it possible to mix both libraries in single project?

I think better way is to use a single library one of which the libraries.

If we must take care of long term product life, is the C2000ware ibetter than ControlSite?, however I think ControlSuit has past performance. It is difficult to decide that I should take one of which libraries.

Do you have any suggestion?

Depends again Takano-san, examples for CCS v7.x is better compatible by C2000ware.
The existence of 2 resources ie controlSuite and C2000Ware has confused all the C2000 customers esp. which to refer when!

Christopher Chiarella, has the C2000 team planned or is in the deciding phase - what to be done with multiple redundant resources?

For a beginner its super confusing!

Think of C2000Ware as the successor to controlSUITE. I can't comment on the timeline, but eventually controlSUITE will no longer receive updates and will be frozen. In regards to generic math/com/DSP/flash/etc libs and device support, C2000Ware is the place to get the latest and greatest. The only updates controlSUITE will be getting is those related to application/system/Design Drive/PowerSUITE projects, libraries, and collateral. Eventually, these will be pulled into specific SDKs built on top of C2000Ware. So unless you require the system application collateral, use C2000Ware.
