TMS320F28235 was locked by mistake,how can I unlock it?

In my recent project, the MCU was locked by mistake,may be I reset the device during an erasing or programming.
I have used some tools to get the KEY0-7 and CSMSCR in the CSM registers,they are right.
I have checked the datasheet"a method to run the flash erase routine from secure SARAM is embedded into the flash " ,but I didn't reserve this part of the program.How can I unlock it?

In this case nothing much can be done on this device. You need to replace the device.

Mentioned in the manual，as shown in the figure below，could there be any other cause of the lock?

In our application,the PLL frequency multiplication method is not recommended in the manual,we use the 25MHz crystals,and set DIVSEL=6 DIVSEL=3,to150MHz as system clock,could there be any possible the problem is the result of the unstable clock ?

Hi Liang,

Setting DIVSEL = 3 with PLL Enable is not supported so you should definitely change that setting. Since this mode is not supported we can not say how device will function in such case.
