TMS320F28075: About the ground connection of PowerPAD

Hi All,

Please tell us about the PowerPAD connection.

There is "Analog and digital ground. …" in the explanation of VSS (PWR PAD)
described on page 25 of the data sheet (SPRS902C).

If the analog ground and the digital ground are separated,
which ground should be connected?

Please tell me that reason.

The Ground that has significant scope for cooling. In short the ground that has big planes and many traces to dissipate heat faster; generally DGND is the best.
