Help with Running Reference Design on F28069 (SPRABW0B)

Hello,

I have built the reference design DeadBandPWM_FFHL_closedloopV3 on my Piccolo F28069 ControlCard. I think this is the program to go with the SPRABW0B design. However, ~1-2 seconds after hitting the run button, GPIO 06 and 07 corresponding to ePWM4a and 4b stop switching. GPIO 06 stays high while GPIO 07 stays low. The other waveforms look ok. This is just running on the development board with no feedback.DeadBandPWM_FFHL_closedloop_V3 (2).zip

I haven't modified any of the code other than making sure the correct includes were linked.

Any idea why this is happening? What should I check?
