How to use the hex2000 utility. Could anyone provide me link to download the hex2000 utility? Or is it same like c2000 utility which is inbuilt in CCS?

Hello

This is included as part of the compiler installation in CCS.
EXE example location path: ~/ccsv6/tools/compiler/ti-cgt-c2000_16.12.0.STS/
