TIDM-BIDIR-400-12: Reg Issue in Closed loop Boost 12-400V Operation

Dear All,

one of my customer working on Bidirectional converter reference design from TI, they made board as per TI schematics/layout, they have tested below successfully.

Open loop buck 400-12V operation.
Open loop boost 12-400V operation.
Closed loop buck regulation 400-12V

They have issue with Closed loop boost 12-400V, In boost operation the power is not transferred more than 20 percent of duty even if duty varies from 50-80 percent, the reference waveform is attached for kind reference. kindly check and advise your comments,  1st image is 60% duty and second one is 80% duty.

    Hi Aravind,

    It is good to know that you were able to run the board in buck and boost modes (open loop) of operation. Did you see this issue in open loop operation as well? Can you please describe your test set-up and the process you used for these tests?
