CCS/TMS320F28377D: Burning code in flash

Hi,

We are using TMS320f28377D controller in one of our boards. I am facing issue while burning the code in flash. It does the erasing process and loading process and the code runs fine but when i switch off the power and switch it on, the code vanishes. I checked it with the existing the led blinking code of control suite. Changed the configuration to CPU1_FLASH. Please guide me.

How did you do that? Also, can you mention the state of Boot pins?

Hi Gautam,
Changed the configuration to CPU1_FLASH in properties (manage configuration->CPU1_FLASH-> set active). what are boot pins?

Hi Gautam,

I checked the status of the boot pins in debug mode. GPIO72 is 1 and GPIO84 is 0. So as per the table its going in wait boot mode.

Shahina,

If you use wait mode, Boot code will not jump to Flash and instead waits in a loop.

Try get mode as Gautam suggested and it should work.
