TMS320F28069: Is there any characteristics chart of IoL V.S. VoL?

Hi, TI expert

According to Recommended Operating Condition table of F28069 datasheet, the maximum Low-level output sink current IOL is 4mA(not Group 2) and maximum Low-level output voltage is 0.4V.

Is there any characteristics chart of IoL V.S. VoL please?

My customer would like to know the VoL when IoL = 0.36mA.

Unfortunately we do not have a characteristic Vol vs. Iol curve to share. The output impedance of these buffers is quite low and relatively linear across different current loads. A simple scaling of the 0.36/4 * 0.4v = 0.036V. For margin I would multiply that by 3, giving about 0.1v. This is an informal estimate and can not necessarily be assured in all conditions but should be quite reasonable depending on your application needs.

One other idea is to check the IBIS models available on the F28069 web folder: which has I/V curves for the IOs:

Are there temperature characteristics and aging characteristics of GPIO's IV characteristics?
Since it is said that it can only be handled as a reference value, we would like to calculate it strictly by calculation.

Yane,

We do not have GPIO's IV characteristics. However, after aging we still guarantee that the device will continue to operate within the datasheets limits.

The numbers you have been looking at also take into account changes in voltage and temperature.
