I have been looking at the http://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/tms320f2808.pdf data sheet, page 125 which quotes an offset error of 60LSB and gain error of 60LSB for the ADC.
These are quite high values. Is there any more data regarding these, for example the sigma values associated with the limits. These values do seem rather high for a 12bit ADC.
Do TI have any updated limits that may reflect recent testing from the revised data sheet release May 2012
