I have successfully program z1_otpbootctrl(address 0x7810C and 0x7810D) with 0x91000B5A, and i check the value of the address 0x7810C and 0x7810D in the memory browser during under debug status. then i pull up GPIO144(0x91 - 0x01 = hex 0x90 = dec 144) and GPIO84, connect GPIO72 to ground, but the TMS320F28377S can not run into flash code correctly, when pull up GPIO72 and GPIO84 at the same time, the flash code can run correctly.

so the user OTP new configuration for z1_bootctrl register change has no effect, i do not know why. any other setting to realize the boot pin change.

Hi Hardy,

How are you programming these locations? Asking this because the address for BOOTCTRL location is 0x7810E (not 0x7810C). In the example code in controlSUITE it is given as 0x7810C because that is 64bit aligned address and accordingly in .asm file first two words are given as 0xFFFFFFFF and then actual value in BOOTCTRL section. Please check this and make appropriate correction and that should help.

Please note that, you may not be able to correct this on the device where you have programmed the reserved location since ECC is already programmed for this 64bit location and that can not be changed.
