TMS320F2812: The boot function of C2000 series MCU

Hello :

I had used sci-boot function of TMS320F2812 to updata the program through RS422. I really interested in what can we do more by using this function. Did anyone used these boot functions ( sci-boot,spi-boot,paralle-boot ,etc) to realize something except program updating?

thank you very much.However，what I want to diacuss is that can we find other dunctions besides software updating. For example,some usage helping us debuging dsp and the circuit or testing the system.

I am not sure what you are asking for specifically. You will likely have to implement your own debugging software application.
