TMS320F28027: trip zone pin high active

Hello,
customer uses the TMS320F28027 and needs high active trip zone pins. They want to use Pin 26 (GPIO17/SPISOMIA/TZ3) or/and Pin 27 (GPIO16/SPISIMOA/TZ2). I know the pins are low active but can we have a high active trip zone functionality through the Digital Compare (DC) unit?

Hi Holger,

Yes, you can use the TZ1, TZ2, or TZ3 pins in the DC submodule to configure an active high or active low (or combination of both!) trip. There's a few steps to this, but start with looking at the DCTRIPSEL register.
