TMS320F28035: Vdd max ripple

We had couple of strange hangings on our controller, so we tried to understand whether this might be related to Vcore voltage stability. We have a bit longer track between the cap C766 and pin 43 which slipped during our design review:

 

 

Now what I measure on the pin #43 is following (aprox. 30mVpp):

 

 

Is this something to concern about? What is the max ripple spec for Vdd (core voltage) ?

    We do not have a ripple spec in the datasheet. I will need to do some research and get back to you.

    In the meantime, what types of instability is being observed? Resets? poor performance? Is the instability associated with any specific event? Anything that might help us start to narrow down the choices of where this might be coming into play would be great help.

    The ripple is acceptable as long as the voltage stays within the Min / Max operating range:
