I am trying to load the code on a ezdspTMS320f2812.TMS320f2812 ic mounted on the board. because of lock error i replaced it. now It is giving an error. i checked targetconfigs. it is true.Error Details are as below:

Error connecting to the target:
(Error -1015 @ 0x0)
Device is not responding to the request.  Device may be locked, or the emulator connection may be unreliable. Unlock the device if possible (e.g. use wait in reset mode, and power-cycle the board). If error persists, confirm configuration and/or try more reliable JTAG settings (e.g. lower TCLK).
(Emulation package 5.1.507.0)

what i can to do?

    In addition to the debug tips in the error message, please take a look at the chip supply voltage to ensure it is within the spec. Has this board ever ran properly, or this is the first time you are trying to connect to it?
