Hi , I am trying to design compensator for custom made PFC+ Boost converter . I am following IPFC code in controlSuite . But I have problem opening the powerSUITE compensator design tool.

How to solve this problem.

You might want to check if you have
C:\ti\controlSUITE\libs\app_libs\SFRA\v1_10_00_00
If you don't, you might have to update and or install controlSuite in the standard location.

I just tried to launch compensator designer from where you are and I got the same message.
You may want to Read the Frequently asked questions under the powerSuite heading

I've gotten compensation designer to run many times.
I imported BOOSTXL-BUCKCONV under the Solution Adapter
In the project, I open main,cfg with XGCCONF
Then I can click on compensator designer from the ICON.

I think you can run it by just clicking on CompDesigner.exe
in the directory
C:\ti\controlSUITE\libs\app_libs\SFRA\v1_10_00_00\GUI

Hi thanks for details. It is opening now , But we have designed custom 2 phase PFC (Boost converter ) and for that board we need compensator , how to design compensator for this board using Compensator design tool.

You might want to import one of the PFC designs under the powerSUITE Solution Adapter to get an idea.
