Can´t open .PCB or .SCH files in ALTIUM 09

Hi,

i have to design a aplication with the 28035 but my altium 09 is not able to open the pcb or sch files from the baseline software.

How can i use the footprint from the baselinesoftware ?

Or is the pcb file somewhere for download ?

Thank you for your reply, but my problem is not resolved.

Can everybody tell me an Altium compatiple pcb footprint for the 28035 prozessor or the DIMM 100 modul.

Hope you will find something there - a quick search listed me dim 100 and LQFP 64 footprint
