LAUNCHXL-F28377S: Part is not getting detected in Device Manager

Part Number: LAUNCHXL-F28377S

Dear Team,

We have 2 nos of LAUNCHXL-F28377S launchpad.

Out of two, one is working well while other is not. The problem here is, it is not getting detected in device manager.

We tested with multiple PC, the result is same one is working and the other is not working.

Since the board is under warranty. Kindly help us with Replacement.

The Boards were purchased from Element14 India Pvt Limited.

Kindly help on this.

Do the L.E.Ds on the board light up like the working board?

No. LEDs remained low(off state)

So the board just appears "dead"? Meaning, when you connect the USB connector, no L.E.D lights up?
