Hello, 

I am trying to look for a Microcontroller similar to "TMS320F243 DSP Microcontroller" however, this part was discontinued. I am looking into ordering something similar. Can anyone please recommend a similar product?

I am looking for the following features:
1. RAM and Flash memory
2. Analog and Digital input/output channels
3. Integrated peripherals as A/D Converter and event manager( PWM outputs, CAN module, etc.)
4. Serial and standard JTAG communication interface on board to connect this device to a computer
5. Real time emulation to read signal measures from the PC

    Hi,

    You can check out: F28035 (60MHz), F28069 (90MHz) or F28377S (200MHz). Check their datasheets for more info.

    The F243 is 20 years old.
    It was "replaced" by the TMS320LF2407A which is NRND, since it is 17 years old.

    If you are looking for a modern version, please see www.ti.com/c2000 and find a suitable series based on your needs. Every series except F2802x (no CAN) has all the features you require.
