I am looking for a 3D model of the part TMS320F28377S in its package variations (STEP file would be fine, I need to import into AutoDesk Inventor):

NFBGA (ZWT) | 337

HLQFP (PTP) | 176

HTQFP (PZP) | 100

Does anyone know where i might obtain a 3D model for these packages, generally?

Hi Galen,

I guess, 3D model has be modeled by the CAD person on customer's end. That's how we've been doing.
Not sure whether TI provides them.

We do not currently supply the STEP model for the packages you are requesting. The packaging information is provided in the PDF that you linked, so you should be able to create one for your needs.

I will see what we can do in the future as this seems like something we should be providing. I'm sorry that we are unable to provide it at this time.
