Hello

I have a sensorless brushless DC motor ( T- motor--AT 2820) with this specifications:

I want to control the motor speed from 10 rpm to 8000 rpm

I used a 30 A fly fun speed controller, for driving, an optical encoder to read the speed and PID controller with TM4C1231H6PZIR. but the start up speed was 400 rpm, It's important for me to control the speed at low speed (~10rpm). Is the DRV8301-HC-C2_KIT or BOOSTXL-DRV8301 suitable for this application?

DRV8301-HC-C2_KIT is more suitable in you application. Sensored InstaSPIN-motion is easy to meet your requirement to run motor stably for low speed, sensorless FOC is difficult to run motor smoothly with high load in such low speed to 10rpm.

What is the value of min speed that I can controll with this motor by using DRV8301-HC-C2_KIT?
thus If I want to control the speed to 10 rpm with 110mN.m, I have to use the brushless DC motor with a sensor?

Right. It's better to use a sensored FOC like instaSPIN-Motion if the motor pole pairs is low and you want to run motor smoothly in low speed with high load. The kit can run motor to any low speed, even zero speed which depends on control algorithm and motor maximum current.

I want to control the motor's speed both low (10-50) and high speed(8000 rpm).Is DRV8301-HC-C2_KIT suitable for my application?

This is not depends on speed range, the board can support full speed range if the motor power and current is less than the output capacity of board.
