Hi, Champs,

My customer is trying to update his ConrtolSUITE but his internet was interruptted en the download is ongoing, thus when he re-started later he got below error message which prevented his further update/download:

controlSUITE v3.3.3 Updater 206.10M Error: A connection with the server could not be established

Could you please help to advise what should he do to get it proceeded?

I recommend downloading the latest controlSUITE zip installer from ti.com
We don't have any solutions for interrupted or connection issue updating.
