CCS/TMS320F28377S: Blinky_CPU01 on F28377S

Part Number: TMS320F28377S

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

Customer using the sample blinky_cpu01.c to check system using CCv6.13. It looks the breakpoint works, but after a few times halts when it hits there, it does not halt anymore. When click suspend, it shows below message.

they also did test without any breakpoints, when they load the sample and run (resume) it, the can see the LED is flashing, but after few times flashing, the LED stop flashing. When click suspend, it shows same message. Then they run the assembly one by one, it run in a dead loop, from 0x3fefc6 to 0x3fefca. They don’t know why it entered this dead loop, and what it is?

Any suggestion?
