Stepdown current buffer/driver in TI's products

Hi,

Does TI have a stepdown current buffer/driver, for example from 500mA to 4mA? Or does TI have a stepdown voltage/current chip like from24V/500mA to 3.3V/4mA? Or have any suggestion.
