Hello
I am using the GPIO of the MCU as the gate voltage of the MOSFET. The GPIO is 3.3 V and the minimum threshold voltage of my MOSFET is 2.5 V and the drain voltage is 30 V. Do I need to use the MOSFET gate drive IC or can I connect the GPIO directly to gate of the MOSFET?
