Suppose if two GPIOs are used as sources for TZ1 and TZ3 of same ePWM to generate an trip interrupt, either of the GPIOs can cause the interrupt.
Am I right?

When you select the TZ input for cycle-by-cycle or one-shot mode, the selections can indeed be OR'ed before being passed to the trip logic. This will allow either GPIO to cause the ePWM output to change state on a trip.
For a TZ interrupt, the logic is actually in the DC sub-module. Here, again you can select that two TZ signals be OR'ed together before being passed through the qualification logic and then onto the interrupt generation:
