TMS320F28377S: Internal RAM Speed Comparison

Is there a difference in the speed of any of the internal RAM memory blocks (RAMM0, RAMD0, RAMLS0, RAMGS0, et al)? Can I place my Application Program Code in the .text Section in RAMGS0 without any degradation in speed (e.g.: if it were instead placed in RAMM0|RAMD0)?

Hi Robert,

Yes, all the RAMs are 0 wait state. Only difference between dedicated RAMs (RAMM0/RAMD0..etc) and Shared RAMs (RAMLS0/RAMGS0 ..etc) is that incase of shared RAM if multiple masters are accessing same RAM block at same time then due to arbitration, one of the access will be get stall but if there is no conflict then they all are same.
