F28M35H52C: Write to IPC in the c28 NMI interrupt on the concerto

Does IPC function stop working after an NMI event has occurred on the C28?

When I enter in to my NMI interrupt on the C28 I would like to put some data in the ipc memory to let the M3 know what happened. When I write to the ipc memory on the C28 in the NMI I can see the variables update on the C28 but when I switch over to the M3 in the debugger I don't see the variables update.

Hi,

No, you should be able to access the IPC RAMs with in NMI routine. Have you checked that the address of variable is same on both side (M3 and C28x) ?

Yes. I use the IPC successfully throughout the rest of my program but it doesn't seem to work when I write to it in the NMI interrupt.
