TMS320F28035: ADC stability issue

Hi,

I got a lot of noise on my ADC samples. And I start to think there are ADC related. So I'm searching on detailed documentation how the adc hardware is constructed. specially the ref. I like to know if adding a external reference is adding stability. Specially because I use a switch mode power supply to power the 28035.

So is there any good detailed hardware design guide for the 28035. I found already some generic hardware guide but it seems out dated.

    What is the magnitude of the noise that you are seeing?

    Do you have a schematic that you can share of your system?

    If not, can you describe the signal that is being sampled by the ADC? Are you using VREG and internal ADC reference?
