Almost. But there is a USB LIB user's guide. Also there are USB host and device mode examples in C2000Ware.

It’s software application.
I need hardware application for TMS320F28379DZWTT to TMS320F28379DZWTT USB connection when one DSP master USB device connected to DSP such as slave USB device.
