Hi,

my customer is using F28335.

How long should XRS pin should be pulled low after power up?(they are choosing external reset chip)

According to the datasheet, XRS pin should be pulled low for tOSCST+tw(RSL1), like the picture below. 

But in the datasheet, only nominal value of tOSCST is given=10ms, and only minimum value of tw(RSL1)=32tc(OSCCLK) is given, how about the longest time? Will the temperature affect this time?

    Crystal OSC startup time is dependent on the crystal and other passive components connected to the crystal. That is why only a TYP time is given. For -XRS, the pin must be held low for at least this duration. No MAX time is specified. Device will be held is reset as long as -XRS is held low.
