TMDSHVMTRPFCKIT oscilloscope problem.

Hi 

I use TMDSHVMTRPFCKIT.(R1.1)

I want to measure below point with oscilloscope.

But, when I connect oscilloscope ground to board ground next to Ifb-w, breaker tripped...

How can i use oscilloscope to measure voltage & current point?

    The controller is in hot side without isolation, only has one common ground for control and power. So please be careful to use general probe of oscilloscope to measure any signal, it's better to use differential probe, or remove the power ground line of oscilloscope, computer and EVM board.
