Could you please provide more information. When connecting to the device and before running, did you configure the boot mode?

dear sir,
how to configure boot mode?
when i downloaded example code for LED blinking it was uploaded into uC successfully but that example code was running in RAM.
when i tried to upload the lab1 of motorware_18 it is firstly showing that error above mentioned.
after some time that error is also gone and program had debug but when i click on play button none of the LED on my card were blinking. that means the program was not executed.
why it is so?
please help me out...
