TMS320F28026: F28026.cmd different from F28022.cmd FLASHC length 0x2000

Part Number: TMS320F28026
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CONTROLSUITE

I've installed ControlSuite and I'm inspecting the .cmd files in device_support\f2802x\v230\f2802x_common\cmd

I noticed the F28022.cmd file is different from the F28026.cmd file in the length of FLASHC.  The F28022.cmd file has this correctly sized as 0x1000 however the F28026.cmd file has this as 0x2000.

The documentation says the size for all sectors are 0x1000.  If this is a typo in the file, can you please log this as a corrective item?  Otherwise can you comment on why is that section sized to 0x2000?

Thanks

    Yes, seems like an error.

Which document is this, which page number and section?

  • The documentation I'm referring to is the 2802x datasheet.
