TMS320F28062: Working of XCLKOUT

Hello,

I want to ask about GPIO18/SPICLKA/SCITXDB/XCLKOUT (Pin No.51 in TMS320F28062 100-Pin PZ). 

Questions:

1. Will XCLKOUT give frequency with the use of Internal oscillator? Is there any need to apply frequency at XIN to get desired frequency out from XCLKOUT? 

2. What will the voltage level of that signal from XCLKOUT?

    XCLKOUT gives you the System clock or division of the same as per XCLKOUTDIV. System clock can be based out of internal or external oscillator/crystal.

    Same as other GPIOs 3.3v
