    Firstly apologies for the delay in responding: we were impacted by Hurricane Harvey. The answer is that there is SEU data available for this device but it is not something we can publish on a public forum.

    Please can you put the request into your sales channel and if your company has a NDA, we can freely give you such a detailed analysis.

    Also in the  request please include what version of the TMS320F2812 you are interested in as there is also military / extended reliability versions of this device where they have their own standard of documentation.
