There are two description about Tj( Junction temperature ) in the datasheet of 28032 as below, one is -40C-150C, another is -40C-105C,
So could I know what is the exactly value of the Tj?

The datasheet specifications are tested to the "Recommended Operating Conditions" which for your example would be 105C. So you should use that as your max Junction temperature for proper operation. Above that proper operation is not guaranteed. What the "Absolute Maximum Ratings" indicate are the conditions where the part can get permanently damaged. Please see note (1) in the table.
