TMS320F28069M: The device does not operate properly when a brake is applied to the outside

Part Number: TMS320F28069M

Hi all,

There is a problem that the device does not operate properly.
Please tell me if there is an improvement plan for the following.

Hardware:My customer's actuater
Software:lab13b

Actuator has brake to prevent vertical actuators from falling.
This brake is a magnet and fixes the actuator.
My customer's program is customized so that this brake is released
after the program enters the online state(CTRL_State_OnLine).

With this brake, it will not operate properly depending on the starting position of the actuator.
Perhaps after implementing "gMotorVars.Flag_enableSys = 1" and "gMotorVars.Flag_Run_Identify=1",
I think that there is alignment of the encoder before entering the CTRL_State_OnLine,
because it is not done normally by this brake.

In the case of such a system with a brake,
how will it become possible to operate normally if customized?

Best regards,

Sasaki
